History

This business was established in 2006 in compliance with the developing BEE market. Intelligent Solutions' current score card is a BBBEE level 1 supplier.

Initially the business was solely the supply, distribution and installation of the Tyre Protector sealant. The primary aim is to manufacture the product and service the commercial industry and business contracts.

Over the years the structure and business evolved, we noticed a need for specific tools at our existing clientele and clientele in that sector, thereafter in 2012 the business expanded to include Ingersoll Rand pneumatic tools.

We later included servicing and supplying Compressors to our customers. The business made further advancement recently in 2017 partnering with Compair / Gardner Denver as Authorised Distributor, to advance our technology, reliability and product offering.

Mrs A. Chetty is the founding member and sole owner of Tyre Protector CC. The company primarily services and supply equipment on a commercial scale to small, medium and large business organisations. The Company has established contracts with various customers and corporate companies. The Company employs permanent technical, sales, marketing and administration staff.

The business is registered for value added tax, UIF, Workman’s Compensation, Income Tax and complies with all statutory requirements in terms of the Close Corporation’s act.

The company’s effort to maintain maximum efficiency and reputable service standards required redesign and a name change to suit the evolving business. Tyre Protector CC is the legal entity and the business trades under the name, Intelligent Solutions.
