System Survey
High level inspection of compressed air equipment. Reporting Reliability and energy savings of equipment. Identifying problematic / improvement areas to achieve maximum efficiency, reliability and sustainability.
Air Audit
Monitoring flow, dewpoint, and pressure by means of flow meters and sensors. Reporting a complete air Demand analysis with graphs and flow patterns, establishing total flow demand to ensure correct equipment is bought and utilised to obtain maximum efficiency at the lowest energy cost. com ISO 50001 Implementation of continuous monitoring and improvement of Compressed Air Energy. Energy Consumption survey
Kilowatt Hour meters installed monitoring the power consumption over period. This survey is also conducted in air audit to establish energy usage versus flow.
Leak Detection Survey
Monitoring and recording leaks on entire compressed air system. Using a leak detector leaks could be tagged and scheduled for repairs.
Training
Theoretical and practical training by Compressor Specialists educating our valued customers on optimizing their compressed air system and operation of their equipment. Enabling our customers not only the principles and operation of equipment but also how to manage their service provider more efficiently.
